c. As per RBI guidelines, we are registered through the DARPAN portal as an active nonprofit
3. Crowdfunding Standards:
a. We provide crowdfunding services at industry-best standards, including low costs and exceptional customer service.
b. As a nonprofit startup, we charge only what we need in order to sustain and develop our platform, we are NOT run by a profit incentive.
4. Secure Payment Transactions:
a. We utilize ICICI's Eazypay payment gateway for secure, direct-to-bank payment transactions at the lowest possible cost.
b. All transactions are conducted in adherence to industry security standards and your personal information is never collected or compromised.
5. Compliance with Indian Laws:
a. Udayaa Impact Foundation operates in accordance with the Indian Companies Act 2013 and RBI Guidelines.
b. We collect and store PAN card numbers as required by government laws for reporting donations during our annual audit.
6. Data Collection and Usage:
a. PAN card numbers are collected exclusively for reporting purposes during annual audits.
b. Other user information is cleaned and used for basic demographic understanding and market research.
c. Udayaa Impact Foundation does not sell or release user information to third parties.
7. Security Measures:
a. Udayaa Impact Foundation employs robust security measures to protect user data and transactions.
b. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
8. Annual Audit and Reporting:
a. Udayaa Impact Foundation undergoes an annual audit to ensure compliance with government regulations.
b. Financial reports are submitted to the government as required by law.
