Udayaa is committed to creating a crowdfunding platform that better serves the social impact space by facilitating donations and activities that enhance communities across India. To achieve this, we continuously research and understand crowdfunding practices and terms. Your input is valuable in developing an ideal platform, so we encourage you to fill out any relevant forms here.

1. Crowdfunding Product
   • Industry Standard Deduction Method:
     • Deduction Method: Fixed platform fee percentage (2.5%)
     • Campaign Creator's Choice: Student campaign creators can choose this method.
     • Calculation Example: Increase the raise amount by 0.025% (e.g., Rs. 1,00,000 goal -> Rs. 1,02,500 campaign goal).
     • Retained Amount: 2.5% increase (e.g., Rs. 2,500) is retained for necessary platform expenses.
   • Innovative Regressive Fee Structure:
     • Approach: A regressive fee structure that maximizes high donations.
     • Addition of Fees: Extra fees added to donations at fixed percentages based on donation brackets.
     • Incentivizing Higher Donations: Higher donation brackets have lower percentage fees to incentivize larger contributions.

2. Transaction Fees:
   • Preferred Payment Method: Encouraging UPI payments due to zero fees. Eazypay transaction fees apply.
   • International Donations: Currently not accepted as per RBI Guidelines. We are working on providing this service in the near future.
3. Discounts and Promotions:
   • Offered Case by Case: Discounts or promotional pricing, especially for health-related emergency campaigns.
4. Payment Gateway Fee:
   • Secure Transactions: ICICI's corporate payment gateway used and in accordance with our privacy policy, your data is never misused, released or sold to any third party entity.
   • Transaction Fees: Refer to the payment gateway provider's website. There are currently 0% feed on UPI transactions.
5. Audit Fee:
   • Conducted upon request or for campaigns seeking funds greater than 2.5 Lakh.
   • Systems Audit: Probes the campaign's framework to ensure optimal fund utilization.
   • Benefits to Stakeholders: Incredibly beneficial audit offering actionable recommendations for improvement and maintaining transparency and best standard across our platform.
6. Billing and Payment:
   • Secure Payments: Payments only through the secure payment gateway, not in cash or via direct bank transfer.
   • For corporate or large scale donations, we accept fund transfer through different methods, please get in touch with us to learn more.
7. Refund Policy:
   • Refunds may be processed in accordance with our refund policy. Refer to our refund policy document for details.
8. Price Adjustments:
   • Udayaa Impact Foundation reserves the right to adjust pricing as needed. Users will be notified in advance of any changes.
