Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:
   • Refunds are processed based on the circumstances and adherence to our policy.
2. Cancellation Period:
   • Requests for cancellation must be made within 48 hours of the transaction.
3. Refund Process:
   • Refund requests can be submitted via contact us.
   • Provide details such as transaction ID, date of transaction, and reason for refund.
Refund Criteria:
4. Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
   • Unauthorized transactions.
   • Technical errors resulting in overcharges.
   • Campaign cancellation by Udayaa.
   • Failure of transactions done on Eazypay portal.
5. Refund Timeline:
   • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of approval. Please note this could be altered depending on bank holidays.
6. Refund Method:
   • Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
   • In case of Eazypay portal failure, the amount will be refunded post processing by the bank.
7. Checking Transaction Status:
   • Users can check the status of the transaction on the Eazypay portal.
   • Validation through OTP is mandatory using options like Eazypay transaction ID, registered mobile number, net banking txn reference number, UPI Requestor reference number (RRN), or Virtual Account Number.
8. Payment Confirmation and Receipt:
   • Successful online payments will immediately display as "Paid" with transaction details.
   • Receipts are available for immediate download in PDF format or can be emailed to the preferred email ID.
   • For offline payments, the status changes to "Paid" post clearance.
9. Issue During Online Payment:
   • In case of online payment issues, check the transaction status tab after XX working days.
   • If the status remains "pending," the transaction has failed, and a refund will be processed.
10. Incorrect Charge on Eazypay Portal:
    • Contact Udayaa Impact Foundation at info@udayaa.org or via WhatsApp at +91 9100938120.
    • Prompt resolution or refund will be provided.

Policy Changes: Udayaa reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes. By engaging with Udayaa Impact Foundation's services, users acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to the refunds and cancellations policy outlined above.
